Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping Policy describes the terms which will govern shipping of products purchased by User through the Application operation by Banting Healthcare Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Banting Healthcare” or “Banting”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”).

This Shipping Policy should be read along with Application Terms , Return/ Refund Policy  and Privacy Policy Notice. 
The terms that are used but not defined in this Shipping Policy shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Application Terms

DELIVERY TIME

Once the order is confirmed, it may take up to 15 Days working days to deliver order, depending on the geography. Please note that any delivery date communicated by us is based on a good faith estimate of our capability to ship the order and of our delivery partner’s capability to deliver the order. The good faith estimate may prove be inaccurate for reasons which may not be foreseeable or may be outside our control. For example, if Banting Healthcare or our delivery partners are experiencing a high volume of orders, then the shipping and delivery may not take place by the time and date communicated to you. While we will strive to inform you about any delay in delivery of the orders, we do not accept any liability for delay in delivery of orders or failure to communicate delay in delivery of orders.

Any order once confirmed cannot be returned or rejected on grounds of delay in delivery.

SHIPPING UPDATES

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once Your order has been shipped. The confirmation will contain the tracking number(s) and tracking link. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours . The third party logistics service provider engaged by us may also send you updates on shipping and delivery.

While we strive to provide accurate and timely tracking information to our customers, there may be delay in updating of location of the order package in the tracking system.

DELIVERY ADDRESS AND ACCEPTANCE

Banting Healthcare through its delivery partners will deliver the order at the registered address of User or any other address communicated by the User at the time of checkout. The order package will be handed over to any person who is present at the delivery address to accept the order. Banting Healthcare does not accept any obligation to deliver the order to the User personally or to verify the delivery address provided by You. Banting Healthcare does not accept any liability if the ordered products are delivered at the wrong address furnished by You.

In case You want to change the delivery address after the confirmation of the order, We may levy an additional charge for the same.

PAYMENT/CASH ON DELIVERY

If the User has selected cash on delivery (COD) at the time of placing order on the Application, then the delivery partner shall hand-over the order package only when the User or any person authorized by User pays the full order amount due in cash to the delivery partner.

The delivery partner may not carry spare cash at the time of attempting delivery of COD orders. Therefore, the User must ensure that the delivery partner is paid the exact order amount in cash before accepting the order package.

DELIVERY CHALLENGES

In the rare case, there may be a delay in delivery of your order due to floods/ heavy rains/ natural calamity/ national bandh/election dates/ curfews/traffic jams/festival times/ regulated traffic movements/ or any other impediments that may restrict the delivery of the order.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

For complaints or issues regarding delivery of damaged products please contact Us within 48 hours of receipt at email – care@sugarandheratclinic.com or phone number +91 8655 3060 11. In the event of undue delay in communication of receipt of damaged products, Banting Healthcare shall not be liable to offer any redressal. Please save and store the damaged product along with its packaging until we evaluate your grievance and revert on your registered email. We will require the damaged product to be shipped to us before we can offer you a redressal.

INCOMPLETE DELIVERY

An order shall be considered to be undeliverable if: 

  1. the recipient’s address is incomplete, illegible, incorrect, or cannot be located; 
  2. the recipient fails or refuses to accept delivery or sign or pay for the delivery of any shipment; 
  3. the shipment would likely cause damage or delay to other shipments or goods, or injury to persons; 
  4. the shipment is detained or otherwise unable to clear local or state boundaries; 
  5. the order remains undelivered after three delivery attempts

You will be eligible for a refund of any amount paid for undeliverable orders only if the order remains undelivered due to a fault directly and solely attributable to Banting Healthcare and its partners.
